Simplylids Scan Program Terms

These terms apply to the Simplylids QR Scan Program available at:
https://scan.simplylids.comThe Simplylids QR Scan Program is a promotional demonstration and prize program operated by Simplylids.
1. How the Program Works
Participants scan the QR code connected to the Simplylids scan experience. After scanning, the participant may tap to reveal whether they have received an instant digital gift card prize.
Participants who do not receive an instant digital gift card prize may still be entered into the Simplylids monthly prize draw, where applicable.
2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to participate or to be eligible for a prize.
A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.
Where a no-purchase entry method is required, participants may request a no-purchase entry method by contacting Simplylids through the contact method provided on the main Simplylids website.
3. Eligibility
The program is intended for residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
Employees, contractors, representatives, suppliers, and immediate family members of Simplylids may be excluded from participating.
Simplylids may refuse or cancel entries that appear to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, manipulated, or inconsistent with the intended operation of the program.
4. Prizes
Instant prizes may include digital gift cards.
The current demonstration prize is:

Prizes are not transferable and have no cash equivalent unless expressly stated by Simplylids.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible scans, entries, and available prizes.
For the current demonstration structure, Simplylids may offer up to:
2 instant $5 digital gift card winners per 1,000 lidsEvery eligible scan may also be entered into the monthly prize draw, where applicable.
6. Prize Claim
If a participant receives a winning result, they must follow the on-screen claim instructions.
Digital gift card prizes are intended to be delivered directly into a compatible mobile wallet or through another digital prize delivery method.
Simplylids is not responsible for failed claims caused by device limitations, wallet incompatibility, incorrect user action, technical interruptions, or third-party service issues.
7. Skill-Testing Question
Before a prize is awarded, a potential winner may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, where required by law.
Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in the prize being forfeited.
8. Monthly Prize Draw
Where a monthly prize draw is offered, eligible scans may be entered into that draw.
Draw details, timing, prize value, and winner selection process may be posted separately or updated by Simplylids.
Simplylids may verify eligibility before awarding any monthly prize.
9. Technical Issues
Simplylids is not responsible for technical problems, including but not limited to:
- QR code scanning issues
- mobile browser issues
- video playback issues
- internet connection problems
- wallet compatibility issues
- interrupted or incomplete claim attempts
Simplylids may modify, suspend, or cancel the program if technical problems affect the proper operation of the program.
10. Privacy
Simplylids will collect only the information reasonably required to operate the program, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, and prevent fraud.
The program is intended to avoid unnecessary email collection for instant digital prize delivery.
Additional information may be required if a participant wins a larger prize or if verification is required.
11. Changes to the Program
Simplylids may update, modify, suspend, or end the program at any time.
Any changes may be posted on this page or through the Simplylids scan program.
